Private client

We are well versed and take great pleasure working directly with clients and designers. We have dedicated project managers who are experienced at working within a budget and are astute at problem solving. Whether it’s the tile layout or the position of the kitchen tap we are here to provide professional advice and peace of mind.

Main Contractor

We work closely with architects and contact administrators. We are used to working within the constraints of a contract and understand the importance of procedure. Communication, accurate costing, and project management are integral to the running of the build.

Heritage

It takes specific and specialist skills to work on heritage and listed buildings. We work closely with specialist contractors who take great pride in working with historic materials and maintain the fabric of the building.

Surveyor/ Project management

Whilst we are principally a building company, we also offer a surveying and project management service. This starts with initial cost analysis and value engineering, right the way through to managing your project and looking after your best interests throughout the build.
